I was out of state and wanted to sell my rental property. Getting back to the state to sign documents would have been a real hassle for me but after talking to Rick he assured me that it could be done remotely electronically and through the mail system. To be fair to Rick, the list of services below allows only one selection. We were referred to Rick through USAA's rewards network. From our first meeting, he demonstrated the utmost in professionalism. An extremely detailed pro, Rick employs a scientific home selling and buying approach and adds art along the way, calling on masterful resources to complement his service. He's very attentive, sensitive to needs and concerns, and dauntless in advocating for his clients. Our first transaction was a sale in a contingent sell and buy series. We sold above asking price within 24 hours of listing, the offer arriving about six hours after the first of three showings in the first 3 hours of listing. Our offer for purchase was fraught with quid pro quo between us and the sellers. A handful of non-Rick related complications (e.g., rentbacks, delayed closings, and an erroneous undervalue appraisal) came up along the way, all of which Rick aggressively drove to fruition. We are now in our dream home and I am considerably more knowledgeable regarding the complexities that can be found in a transaction similar to ours. I have more than a hundred emails and at least as many other messages dealing with shoring up the issues over the last few weeks to get my family out of one home and into another. If there is an unusual wrinkle in your real estate transaction, there is a form required for it and Rick knows what it is, when to use it, and how to process it quickly and to your satisfaction. I am strenuously advocating on Rick's behalf to a couple of friends who have complicated transactions ahead of them.
